Please note that you wrote to the ResearchGate (RG) community, not to the RG team. However, it is not worth writing to them because they will not add a link for you. Generally, there is no special field in the profile to add such a link. But you may edit the "About me" section and add a short text about yourself in the "Introduction" field including this link.
