I do not have free access to digital library I need some material worth to write a thesis especially material from ieee, acm and science direct databases. Any idea how to solve this problem.

Isn't the point about writing a thesis to learn scientific methods, including literature research? I suggest you take this as a challenge, start with a google search, wikipedia harvesting, and home in on an aspect that catches your interest in the wide field of texture analysis. Once you identify papers that you cannot access due to access restrictions, your thesis supervisor is in charge in the first place. If this doesn't help, I would address the corresponding authors directly -- that way, you might make new friends in the community...! Hope this encourages you to go your own way!
