In my opinion, I think that the second topic among the ones you have mentioned is suitable for your Ph.D. thesis, while the third one can be published as a research paper.

You may want to plug each of the keywords you listed above separately (preferably at Google Scholar); then select the research papers that you deem fit for your thesis. Check those papers out, especially the most recent ones, looking for the research gap(s) that you may want to cover in your thesis.

In my opinion, I think the 2nd topic you mentioned is suitable for your Ph.D. work.

IT depend In which department you want to do Ph.D like In CSE you may work on latest topics like IOT, AI , Machine learning etc.

Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, etc. After that, you can choose the right topic for your Ph.D.

I think number 3 is the best topic.

Covid -19 has not yet vanished. I think this is the time the community to needs to understand the challenges the pandemic caused and also the opportunities it provided ,, so that entrepreneurs can exploit them.

Again, the research recommendations will serve to prepare the society for any future catastrophic eventuality.

You can conduct a literature review according to the theme you choose. This is necessary to get a gap in research.

I think that the second and the third topics are interesting for the management researcher .but the main choice of the researcher is necessary to give the value added and to acquire the passion of knowledge

Identifying your research topic is a function of passion. You need to first of all consider your passion? What is your irritation? Here I mean your area of interest because it is in this that you will find comfort and joy writing.

All 3 topics are good. I prefer number 3 but if you want to do quantitative study who are you going to measure them! All the best

For a PhD topic, it is preferable that the topic be a general and comprehensive description

The first and second topic is fine. For the third topic, I would suggest putting the phrase “post-crisis” in place of “post-Covid 19”.

After that, you must see yourself in which field you tend to and choose because all three topics are of great importance to societies

But in my opinion, I chose 2 topic

The first two topics have no proper direction. The third one requires some fine-tuning
