Sir try to reach professor having research work relevant to yours. Send him your CV and ask him/her in person. It will be uncertain if a professor will tell you that he needs you in his lab if you don't approach him yourself.

Consider subscribing to the ECOLOG listserv. Postdocs are frequently advertised there. The key usually is to contact a professor and determine if your skills fit their needs even before applying. Hope this helps!
