I like to discus and get your opinion about a bacterial phenomena of an adaptation,Is it salt nucleation or an EPS as presented in the attached file?

This adaptation occurs when we have a decrease in the nutrient, it is also due to the dehydration and media saturation with some salts. But many hypothesis can be exposed , may be an other metabolit because we have variation of pH and color.
