You should make a respectful inquiry to the editor by email. Be sure to provide the date you submitted the paper.
The better way is to email the editor to explain the problem. The editors are very helpful and will definitely help you about this.

It's not a good idea to share the journal name in the research gate. This may make things even worse.
I had the same problem with two of my papers. One was published after one year and two month review time. The other took totally one year for the review, and it is now under editor evaluation for month. I contacted the editors several times by email. The editor in the first journal was really helpful. But the second editor did not send any form of reply. I guess the best way is to send emails and wait....Try your best to be proactive in this communication procedure.
