I have problem communicating with BLED512-GFS with BLED12CM-R?

Hello Everyone, I am trying to connect the Oriental Brushless DC Motor (BLED512-GFS) with Oriental Motor Driver (BLED12CM-R) I am using Modbus poll, it works well until reading the register and it gives "04- Server Device failure" error.

Can anybody please explain the possible reason and solution of this problem?
