I have calculated evapotranspiration values for my study area and i have only the values for Temp max, temp min, RH, Wind speed and there is no ET values available from the field, now the question is how i can prove or compare SEBAL results.

Do you have any fluxnet towers in the region? If so, you can compare otherwise, there is no option other than comparing your ET values with other calculated values, which is not regarded as the validation. Just step out of the flux calculation studies if you don't find any stations in the area or you will be treated badly with the research communities.
While studying the atmospheric phenomenon, no one cares about the fluxes (very important though) but when you study the fluxes, the community is so harsh on the validation.
