You might check Preaching Today, which is affiliated with Christianity Today, if this is a serious article reflecting on how clergy use humor in sermons and you want them to think carefully about how they do it: check it out at http://www.preachingtoday.com/
If it's tongue-in-cheek, the now defunct Wittenburg Door would have been perfect---too bad it no longer exists. If you didn't know this fun publication you can find out about it at http://www.wittenburgdoor.com/about-us.html
There is also a Journal for Preaching at http://www.journalforpreachers.com/aboutjfp.html, but the article would have to take a serious biblical approach to examining the role of humor.

Need more humor to be sure. The extent that a sermon can be turned into a comedy routine would depend on the person and the receptivity of the audience, but could be done in the right situation if in good taste. Go for it.
Reminds me of my pastor's dissertation: The relationship between sense of humor, leader-follower distance, and tenure in pastoral ministry. Humor is a great tool for pastors to reach people.
I believe that comedy is a gift that can enhance the preaching moment. Quite a bit of serious material is handled through humor. My wife does an excellence job with it through her preaching. She is serious about the Word but chooses to use her prophetic gift and the gift of comedy to reach the masses.
As a preacher, I have not problem with the article title, however, you could soften the approach and reception of the title from your audience by simply adding this twist - "Stand Up Comedy In Preaching: Preacher And/or Comedian ? " This approach would take the tension off the idea that preachers can not be taken seriously just because they add a few jokes to a serious subject to ease the crowd. A part of preaching involves using humor to ease a tense crowd or to help an audience feel more comfortable with serious subject - remember Hengki, every subject in the Bible is serious, so making a joke during a sermon or about the subject, does not mean that a preacher is making a joke out of the subject.
Some comedians like William Congreve, Bernard Shaw, Ben Jonson were satirists first and comedians next. There are some Greek comedians like Aristophanes who were also didactic in their approach. But that is not all. We have Shakespeare, the greatest of comedians whose comedies bear messages but the messages were not didactic. The Twelfth Night derides at self-love which is a delusion. This is like Rabindranath Tagore's dance-drama Chandalika in which Tagore blasts the self imposed masculinity of an inherently tender young girl. But Tagore is not a preacher, not even a comedian in this drama though.

I think it is alright and even beneficial to have some humor in your preaching It keeps people listening but there is a line that should not be crossed. If your congregation is just given a stand up routine and not being feed from the Scriptures then it is definitely wrong and not honoring to God.
