I fabricated mesoporous silica film ,but i think the AFM image shown it isn't mesoporus silica. I can't describe the result how it be.
Maybe 100 °c with hydrothermal treatment destroy the film,right?

From the thermal treatment there is a clear change but I don't think the morphological change is sufficient to say that it isn't mesoporous silica. From the papers I have seen the scale used is typically 100's of nm while your results are on the um. There are also other techniques used for mesoporous silica like XRD that may also shed light on what is taking place.
