In Satisfaction,
1 nothing satisfied 2 little satisfied 3 something satisfied 4 satisfied 5 very satisfied
As can be seen, the questionnaires have different dimensions of likert scale, correlation between cause and effect can be applied "quality of attention and satisfaction" referring to these questionnaires
