I am using WRF- ARW. Compiled WRF using gcc and WPS with gnu serial. All statements were executed properly and met.* files are linked to the em_real directory in WRF. After execution of real.exe the input files for wrf are not created. Also the rsl.out.0000 file reads the error attached below. Any help regarding the elimination of this error is appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!!

Generally these type of errors come up from mismatch between namelist and other attributes.

Can you please explain in more detail how you were able to fix this problem? These WRF namelist error questions are very common but none are answered
Lamiae Saidi I traced back the error by recompiling the WPS and WRF, where I found that there were files missing in the jasper library. I had to delete the library and the re-download it. Further, I conducted the tests as mentioned in the link below.
