On the paper below we used cryopreserved samples from hunted stags to keep insemination conditions constant and performed nearly 400 inseminations to test the effects of males on sex ratio deviations; providing a novel test Triver and Willard hypothesis on males that made it to Science!

On top of this, we were delighted to demonstrate the power that sound experimental approaches can sometimes only be implemented by using this type of samples, and that its not about the origin of samples, but about the questions!
