In order to accomplish what you have written, a fundamental thing is to say is that you need a software that can meet your requirements. I personally recommend you to use SARPROZ: www.sarproz.com as it is fast in processing InSAR data and absolutely versatile and well structured.

Thank you so much to all your replies! I really appreciate it. I've already started InSAR processing, DInSAR to be more specific, using SNAP and SNAPHU for phase unwrapping.

Now, I am facing a problem about the consideration of atmospheric effects on my estimates. In most reference papers I have and tutorial kit, its effect was actually neglected. And in some papers, they've mentioned its importance to get better displacement estimates.

I just want know your opinion about this matter. For example, in what situation do we usually neglect atmospheric effects, and when do we consider it? I know I can find answers in the literature, but I want to know it here from you guys.

as far as my understanding over the SAR interferometry technology, for advanced DInSAR processing (PSI), tool like SqueeSAR or based on identical approach would be the best option. for conventional DInSAR processing, you may think over Gamma SAR Interferometry package.
