You should work on improving the manuscript based on the comments attached to the rejection. This is the way to improve your manuscript quality in this case. Or you can look for an assistant who has an experience in the field.

Thank you for your answer. Two of the rejections are lacking in constructive feedback. Most is generalised “not strong enough for our journal” etc. I will submit to another journal and see what the feedback is, thank you for the help.

Thank you Joseph C Lee and Nehal Nabil Nasef I tried to improve it, however the reviewers' comments are generic and they state "the research is not up to our standards". How would you approach looking for people in the field who will be willing to review my paper as they won't know me?
