I am looking for an assessment tool that identifies TFL, TAL, Authoritarian, servant leadership styles?

I have reviewed multiple tools including MLQ, Leadership Inventory Scales etc. I was hoping to source a quantitative tool that will support leaders and subordinates perception of leadership styles and cover all four of aforementioned sets. Does anyone have any suggestions for suitable tool?
