I am trying to use Gatan GMS 3 for particle analysis, should I continue using it, I find it a more organized way of particle sizing. Any disadvantages of usig it??
In my opinion, It does not matter what software you are using as long as you achieve the objectives of the work and the accuracy required.

Here are the segmentation results I came up with using MIPAR (http://MIPAR.us). I've attached the recipe file I made if you'd like to download MIPAR and run it (please register and I'll send a license key). Also attached is the outline of the found lines, those lines colored by length (in MIPAR's Color By Measurements interface), and the spreadsheet of these lengths. Some lines are certainly missed, and there are a couple artificially connected lines, but those could be easily added and fixed using MIPAR's manual edit interface. P.S. If you could supply a um/px calibration factor or image with a known distance, I could report those lengths in um or nm.
