I hope my question is clear, I need to know which plane of my materials showing me interplanar (d-spacing), which I have calculated through FFT image. I need a litrature link, where I can check the materials planes (001, 100, 002, etc.) by puting my known d-spacing (nm).

There are several databases storing crystallographic data of some sort (ICDD, indeed storing lattice spacings/powder diffraction patterns) and ICSD, COD (at least for inorganics, storing reported crystal structure data in the form of cif files). Crystallographic data can be used to generate d-spacings and their structure factors by textbook knowlege. In principle your task could be accomplished using these databases, but I think that there are not ready tools (they exist for X-ray powder diffraction, which, however provide superior data for purpose of phase identification). I think that such a tool is not a clever thing.
Note
1. databases are stupid, nevertheless they are a valuable tool to help you to do intelligent searching for literature. ICDD was once close to provide something which can be regarded as "standard" data, but essentially the data is a stupid collection of good, accurate, inaccurate and sometimes also misleading or wrong data. You have to be the intelligent species upon using the information and the crucial thing is the original publication forming the basis of the data.
2. The d-spacings from FFT are very inaccurate and inprecise and highly incomplete. So in my opinion you have to know what you are looking for. So the databases will help you to find candidate materials (e.g. by chemical composition) and you have to use your crystallographic knowledge to find agreement, and you have to use your experience to assess whether a possible solution is likely and whether it is unique.
3. Note that the angles between reciprocal lattice vectors are even better pieces of information than the lengths.

Any TEM book or crystallography book. It is the same geometry as with indexing SAED patterns. And it is simple geometry of the reciprocal lattice.

My materials is encapsulated, so SAED pattern is blurred, so I could only use translated HRTEM image by FFT pattern to know or just to roughly estimate the d-spacing, I have seen that some spacing is matching with some published papers, although, some are ambiguous to judge
