I am successful in developing tree maps, word frequency maps, cluster analysis map but i am not having mind clarity in terms of how to make a model in Nvivo. Some of the researchers' whom i consulted are of the view that one can make a self generated model or it is not must and some say that its a must.

You need to have your transcripts converted to emic and etic codes, classified and coded.

If by "self-generated model," you mean a model that was generated by you yourself, then I certainly think that is a must. The software can help you visualize that model, but it cannot construct it for you.
It is often said that qualitative analysis software will help you organize your data, but it will not analyze the data for you. I think you have reached the stage where you have to recognize that only you can reach insights from the data, while the software is at most a tool that tells you where you might look for such insights.
