I am having problem installing NAMD on my windows 7 computer. Please can someone give me idea on how to solve this problem?

I am trying to install NAMD on windows 7, but my computer keep showing "The program can't start because tcl85t.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". Please can someone give me idea on how to solve this problem?
