Please i need help on how to predict the future values with a trained Narx Neural Network.

I have successfully trained a dataset using Narx Neural Network. I am satisfied with the output of the Network. I want to use the network to predict unknown future values with inputs such as (1. [0,0] 2. [0,0.05] 3. [0,0.10] 4. [0,0.20] 5. [0,0.40]) but finding it a bit difficult to do. Please i need help. The network is attached.
