Well! this problem I am facing with in vitro culture of black bamboo. I get bacteria in culture of 3rd or 4th cycle. This also happens in bambusa balcooa germplasm. Other plant species donot show such problem.

I was also facing the same problem with invitro culture of Bambusa balcooa. These bacteria may be endophytes of Gigentochloa atterviolenses.
