i tested boost converter with MPPT and single phase offgrid inverter with close loop control separately. They work fine but when i connect them boost converter doesn't give the output as it did alone.
I am using simulink. I appreciate any help or link to any resource.
To connect the 2 conversion stages DC-DC and DC-AC to the grid, it is necessary to synchronize the signal (I and V) of the DG generator with that of the grid by using the park transformaton dq , (feedback and feedforward and PLL, internal and external loop ) then the pwm generator, the switches will then control the inverter.
Although my work is not the same as what you are asking, but I have worked with single phase converter i.e. a single phase back-to-back converter. The following video shows the different steps that you may be requiring for your work:

For your work, the simulink program must work in a way to specify as to which converter will be regulating the DC link voltage. Also make sure that your system simulations exactly matches your system design. I have personally have experienced that PSCAD simulations are very close to an actual development's results.
Sajid try to figure out circuit analysis diagram of already working MPPT based off grid inverters(with boost converter). They have data sheet attached with the working diagram.
I recommend you to use Simpower to construct your power system, and simulink for the control
The grid synchronized system works in a different way compared to off grid system. In grid synchronized converter, the output voltage is already present from the grid. . The requirement of the inverter is to deliver a current which is in sync with the grid voltage and the source for the inverter is the DC link capacitor. The boost converter here will act like a source of current than a voltage source. It has to deliver all the power reaped from the PV panel to the DC link capacitor. And normally the inverter ensures the DC link voltage is in the specified range by delivering all the energy stored in the DC link to the grid and thereby maintaining the DC link voltage. All depends on the control loop and how you have configured it.
