If these results are obtained in the antenna design in CST, it indicates that the antenna is not resonating or the port definition is incorrect. If there is no significant drop in the S11 curve, the antenna is not working properly. First, you should make sure that the port is defined in the right place and in the right direction, usually in microstrip antennas, the port is placed at the edge of the patch. Also, the dimensions of the antenna and the substrate properties should be suitable for the target frequencies (for example, 2.4 and 5 GHz).
