AoA, Azhar Sheikh I wish you all the very best for your research work my suggestion would be please read the latest material available on above mentioned topic Islamic work ethics. Since researchers will suggest you different IV, DV, Mediators & Moderator. But their suggestion would be based on their knowledge and reference that wouldn't help you to conceptualize it to my thinking.
