Time is an illusion generated by the human mind in an attempt to create a model of phenomenological reality. The same is true for space. We can never know the true nature of the impermanent state because it - and the experiments we devise to probe it - are creations and interpretations of the mind.
The question itself is illusory. In the permanent state, there is only God (or whatever) and, in that reality, we are all God. The original question only arises because of the mind's limited way of experiencing reality.

I'm not sure I'd agree that time is just an illusion, in that it‘s existence is measurable and contextual for everyone on earth with one another, clocks and the like. However, we also know that according to Einstein, that time changes relative to our speed and possibly other things. Therefore it would seem congruent with religious teaching that God is outside of time as we know it (one day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are as a day. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End…). This also explains the apparent ability of some to predict future events, etc.
With space-time relativity, is there some connection for God being everywhere (which is akin possibly to being infinitely fast) and also being outside of time?
Also, I think it would be useful to develop a more clear hypothesis on the interaction in the terahertz regime between these domains.

Hello, some time ago there were literatures that said that water "has a memory", this has not been proven either.
Wouldn't it be better to look at protein surfactants for stabilization and pH maintenance of the medium ie. and their buffering. Thus, the experience will have some meaning in terms of practice and theory.
I want to tell you that I am a little skeptical about researching the given idea. Even if you find the relevant forces affecting the surfactant (physical and chemical), I am not convinced that this would be related to God, but rather related to phenomena involving stabilization and destabilization.
