We believe that producing hydrogen can resolve energy crisis throughout the world. However, could hydrogen generation from efficient and cost-effective water splitting reactions be a solution for the problems worldwide such as water shortage? This might sound impossible, but hey we are sending rockets to Mars.

Hydrogen can easily be transported through pipelines to the areas where water is a major issue, and no additional treatment would be necessary as the burning of hydrogen produces pure water. People could have access to safe drinking water all around the globe. Moreover, we could boom the agriculture everywhere even in the deserts of African continent and improve the forestation converting steppes to forests. Hydrogen can only be a possible solution for making Earth greener.

What do you think about this approach?
