Humidity adjusting for set of furnace for detritiation of samples under investigation?

I have set for sample detritiation: gas cylinder - furnace with sample - water trap to capturing Tritium as a water vapors. I need provide required humidity for gas inlet between cylinder and furnace front end. I do not need high accuracy - +/- 10% will be good. How can I do so? Thanks, Serguei.
