Firstly, pls find the possible level.of analysis that can make you easier to capture the "real gap" , You can mixed between all level of analysis for example in micro analysis about personality and job performance relationship and in mezzo level analysis on job analysis in the perspective of the company or management.
Some other way is tried to integrated with other domain from your body of knowledge, for example integrate personality and job performance relationship with knowledge management whereas it mostly can be focused on tacit and explicit knowledge that can be defined for job analysis.
Dear Astadi, I think it is a very interesting domain as there are recent studies that have been published on personality-oriented job analyses but not so many. The article from Goffin et al 2011 could be a good source of inspiration for you if you have not read it.
It could be possible to test their methodology in a new environment or to refine/adapt the tool.
