I have encountered a similar problem while fabricating a microchannel with a single reflective side. I needed to bond PDMS (with microchannel) and a glass slide completely sputtered with gold.

The traditional bonding methods did not help. So, we used a transparent double sided scotch tape (it costed us nearly 4 dollars only) to stick the two surfaces followed by baking at 80degC for 2 hours.

We used this method of bonding for an optical setup. However, I do not think it will work for electrochemical applications.

@Shanshan Li did you find a solution for your problem?

I'm facing a similar problem right now. I have tried to bond PDMS to gold electrodes on a glass slide via corona bonding and could only generate a weak bonding yet.

@Shanshan Li i have found some journal articles that might be interesting for you as well. In Stamp-and-stick room-temperature bonding technique for microdevices. Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems, 14(2), pp.392-399 and Experimental study of PDMS bonding to various substrates for monolithic microfluidic applications. Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, 24(7), p.075010 a method for bonding PDMS to various substrates is presented. I have not tried this technique yet, but it looks promising.

I will post an update after I have tested this bonding method.

Update: Seems to work well. I have tried it with spin-coated Sylgard 184, which I cured at RT after bringing substrate and channel in contact using uncured PDMS as intermediate layer.
