although TAM is the most applicable model in the field of technology adoption , but there are more studies call for mixing between TAM and other models like IDT , UTOUT to have more accuracy and comprehensive results. with relation to your question u can follow the approach of venkatesh & bala (2008)
As tourism is an amalgamation of many entities, TAM can be used:
1. to find out how many tourists are booking online; using what platforms?
2. how many check ratings? post ratings?
3. Is mobile used for making payments? The process developed for payment mechanism- before availing the service or after?
and many more areas are available in the service encounter module to make interactions more online.
