However, the scale of real actions in this direction, the scale of expenditure growth supported by subsidies from state budgets for the development of energy based on renewable energy sources, the development of electromobility, improvement of sorting and recycling processes is still small in relation to the needs. In my opinion, the environmental policy should be synchronized internationally. There should be greater compliance and transnational cooperation on the implementation of pro-ecological reforms in the energy sector, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and improvement of recycling processes, waste segregation and reclamation degraded by the development of the natural environment areas of the industry. Over-national institutions such as the UN, the World Bank, etc. should gain more importance in the coordination of solving global problems such as the ongoing global warming process.

Environmental protection in each country, will significantly increase when there is a greater economic return for protecting those resources instead of utilizing them. So each country that has a budget for their military, for example, could divert some of that budget to pay for annual " Ecosystem Security" for example.

It does not make any sense for countries like China ($250 bil), India ($66 bil.), Pakistan ($16 bil.) , Iran ($16 bil.), Bahrain ($4 bil.), etc. are spending so much money on their militaries, when their water supplies in places are trending towards zero, and their ecosystems continue to degrade (eg. https://weather.com/news/weather/news/2019-06-06-day-zero-india-run-out-of-water )

Each of these countries need to take at least 20% of their military budgets, and make their natural ecosystems more secure, because those ecosystems are the "rafts" that all of their people are depending for their ability to live there. When the ecosystem "raft" is gone, all of the military spending will have been seen as a total waste, because there will be nothing to defend, without a fecund natural ecosystem as the foundation for your society?

You can see where a single perennial native grass plant, can cool the soil surface by 40 deg. F. in the Mojave desert--What if we surrounded all of the arid-lands desert cities with their own native perennial grasses and native trees that could grow and survive with the natural rainfall? --Could doing that simple action, drop the summer time maximum temperatures quite a bit?

So this week, instead of Riyadh or Kuwait City being between 111-118 deg. F., it could be a nice 88 deg. F. like Salalah in Oman, where they conserved and protected their native grasses and native trees, on the Arabian peninsula?

In order to improve Environmental protection and to provide incentives for the manufactures and producers, different country governments develop a range of environmental policies. Accordingly, the manufacturers as well as their chains profits are affected by the governmental regulative policies of carbon reduction. Carbon tax policy (CTP), cap-and-trade system (CTS) and remanufacturing subsidy policy, these are major regulations for accelerating and controlling the carbon emission.
