Hi, MAPLE is a symbolic calculation tool. It's first aim is to simplify equations, compute derivatives, etc.. Using MAPLE for plots means that you assign numerical values to some parameters and that you plot functions. In this case MATLAB is a better tool and is more suited for numerical calculations and plots.
