Perhaps, you could improve your work by generalising the concept of a model of systematic discrimination.
Usually a model assumes that there are some variables and relationships between those variables, and this must be clearly described.
You've got 26 pages of text and no formulae at all. Where is you model?

The sociological model I am talking about is implicit in the assumptions made by the author(s). It can also be read as a mathematical soft model.
Feminist perspectives differ in choice and interpretations of variables. My question is about what would be good choice of variables/derived variables for a soft model.
The model usually depends on your research hypothesis. If you formulate it clearly in mathematical terms, the choice of variables will be then easier to discuss.
