As stated in my question: How would hydronium behave if it is being dehydrated?
Out of curiosity and could not find any literature related to this question. I am very curious to your opinions.
Would it be possible that it goes back to it hydrogen proton state, H+?
Proton in water is not hydrated by a single molecule of water. The proton hydration is a reversible reaction with equilibrium significantly shifted in favor of hydrated forms. If you dehydrate proton it will quickly return to the initial form

No, it will go back to its hydrated form, which is thermodynamicaly very favorable
A dehydrated H3O+ would be a proton, plain and simple. No electronic states to deal with, no rotational or vibrational states either. Just a point positive charge with kinetic energy if not at zero Kelvin, that can be manipulated by a magnetic or electric field.
The proton is not dehydrated even in concentrated sulfuric acid where (H3O+) = (HSO4-).
