I am working in the extreme flood estimation by using the rainfall and runoff model in ungauged catchments. As there is no hydrological station, I am facing problem to validate the estimated flood discharge. I heard there’s some possible ways to validate with resampling using bootstrapping technique. I spent a lot of time for good reference paper, but I am not able to find it. If you have any idea about the bootstrapping validations technique or some reference material, could you please share those to me?

Please 🙏 read this book in the attachment. It's available in the z-library for no cost..it should answer your question very well.. the second one is also available in the z-library and tells you how to use much better free software than Excel. Good luck with Best wishes, David Booth
Excel does not have built in features for bootstrapping so unless you are wanting to improve your understanding but creating such feature using VBA or by creating a rather complex set of worksheets you would be better using software which has the desired bootstraps aleady supported
