For some MADM techniques such as AHP or ANP, we can use CI and CR measures to prove the consistency of DM preferences , but I'm wondering how we can do it for DEMATEL method.

With CR and CI you don't prove the consistency of the method but the consistency of the DM preferences.
And don't forget that said consistency is reached after the DM conveniently 'adjust' some of his/her preferences.
My question is: What does he need consistency for?
And my answer: Just to be able to use the eigenvector method to find priorities.
