Total availability of BW in ultrasonic range is very less. In modern geometry of object identification requires more number of ultrasonic sensor. If we have use all at a same time slot then there is need to push things Ultra thin narrow band for each sensor. Does there exists any limit at lower side and that connects with acceptable performance? thanks in advance.

I think you want the "time-bandwidth product" and the time-bandwidth law, which roughly states that the product of time-resolution and bandwidth is a constant:
(time resolution) X (frequency bandwidth) = constant
Decreasing bandwidth, as you seem to be doing, makes the time resolution of signal processing proportionally larger (worse). In ultrasonics, this means that decreasing bandwidth worsens image resolution, and worsens object location and tracking. The time-bandwidth law quantities this relationship in a very general way.
