In grid-tied solar PV system if generated power by solar PV system is higher than the load requirement then the extra power will be exported to grid or if generated power lower than the load requirement then required power will be imported from the grid. How we can identify the imported and exported AC power flow?

I should think that for the reference connection of current (which would be a CT or series connection) you should be able to flip the PT connection (parallel) and decide the direction.

In practice, what is problem with utilizing a bi-directional energy meter. They are specifically designed for such the applications. For further information you can search it in Internet.
The measurement instrument placed at the net point of the circuit (i.e. energy meter) with ability to detect changes in current sign should tell you when it is imported and exported. As M.J. Ghadi mentioned you need a bi-directional energy meter.
The easiest is to use the power meter at the grid connection point.
In principle, when measuring voltage and current in real-time:
voltage and current in phase (both having the same sign) = power is consumedvoltage and current inverse phase (having different signs) = power is exported.
... provided that current flowing flowing from the grid has a positive sign when the voltage is positive.
If you want more details: check the schematics of 'classical' meters or the application notes for the modern "smart meters". There is a lot of information in the net - at least for smart meters.
