The conditions are as follows:

1- 1.0 M HCl aqueous solution

2- Temp. 303 K and also higher temperatures: 313, 323, 333, and 343 K

3- Time for 6 Hours.

4- The aqueous extract of 1 g dry Neem leaves (soaked in 70 ml at room temperature for one hour) and diluted to I.0 L that has 1.0 M HCl).
