i need to write 36 rules but according to the ith fuzzy rule is written the paper (bottom the paper) the rules are written like this" if delta-f is Lx and delta-v is Lz and delta-p is Ly and delta-Q is Lz, then R is r and X is w". i can just write 18 rules. How should i write the rules?

if you write this sentence "if delta-f is Lx and delta-v is Lz and delta-p is Ly and delta-Q is Lz, then R is r and X is w" you while have 18 linges is the same thing to write
"if delta-f is Lx and delta-v is Lz then R is r "
"if delta-p is Ly and delta-Q is Lz then X is w ", witch give 36 rules.

These rules must be written using the appropriate operator. Both the antecedent and the consequent must be composed with the respective operator (AND / OR)
The fuzzy logic toolbox available within the matlab provides a powerful app for entering rules,and membership functions as well as setting of related algorithms. As previously said by Ramon, you need to use logic links such as AND, and OR.
