Please can any one tell that how to write temp command in silvaco atlas for different temperature .. and also for energy value for different temperature,,,
I assume you're using the ATLAS manual for your commands, its available everywhere online (e.g. here ridl.cfd.rit.edu/products/manuals/Silvaco/atlas_users.pdf).
In the MODELS statement you can set the ambient temperature using the TEMPERATURE statement. For self-heating effects you will have to use the GIGA module, see Chapter 7 of the manual. Section 7.2.5 provides information on how to specify the temperature dependence of each individual temperature dependent material parameters. You should also ensure the relevant energy balance simulations are performed (HEAT.FULL, LAT.TEMP, HCTE.EL etc) by including them in the MODELS statement. Certain other functions may have their own temperature commands (such as the CONTACT statement which has the EXT.TEMP argument).
