I have collected the data and analysed. But writing discussion is little difficult, as I am looking for pathology in brain for psychological symptoms. Please suggest me as to how the discussion part should be written for a paper. What all contents it should hold ?
To make a good start I I suggest you to compare your data which you primarily described in results chapter with results of other scientist's research in this area and draw conclusions: is it similar or contradicting to these results. And next: What are the implications of your results fro the patients or/and clinicians?
I think that Dr. Heyda has some excellent suggestions. I would also have a section pointing to the strengths of your study, potential limitations and directions for future research.
as you are from India , your results should be discussed in comparison to other data from India and then to proceed to the western studies.
