I have some findings on a digital electronics module using a particular technique, (let's name it technique A) and I want to write a review paper on that. The other technique is Technique B and many designs are available using technique B. However, only 3 researchers have worked on that module using technique A, and therefore only 3 designs are available. The main design parameter is the same for all the designs, but the test conditions of the module and module size vary for all the 3 designs. I can compare this module with the designs using technique A with the existing designs using technique B, and then I can compare the 3 designs using technique A.

I hope I m able to explain the scenario here.

I want the suggestion on how to write the review paper if this kind of information is available. May I write a systematic review or should I write a narrative review paper?

It would be helpful if someone can explain what are the different kind of review papers and how to write it for engineering background.
