I am working on a research work base phytochemistry, as i am from pharmacy background. Now i have done my thesis work after working 4 months in laboratory, i think this is the time to publish my work on a journal. But here i stuck whenever i tried to write my manuscript. Could anyone help me to overcome the situation and give me a brief description that how to write and publish my paper easily .

I will advice you to first get appropriate indexed journal that your work might be within its scope.
Then download author's guidelines and faithfully follow during writing.
Most journals have this basic skeletal formats: ABSTRACT -INTRODUCTION -METHODS-RESULTS -DISCUSSION -CONCLUSIONS.

IMRAD (Introduction, material and methods, results, discussion) is the most common and prominent form of writing research article. Also abstract and keywords should be included in your article. Normally in case of research article the journals want structured abstract. I also advice you to kindly follow the author guidelines of the scopus and web of science indexed journals then you can understand easily.
You can use IMRAD process with some references provided by Dr. K. L. M. Ngie to write the manuscript.
