I think you have given me a good advice, I didn't know even MeCN can be used to extract the product., and I used AcOEt but had a very low yield. I think Pd/H2 can't be used because there is a double bond in the compound.

Extracting with a mixture of chloroform/i-PrOH (3:1) usually works well for high polar compounds such as yours.
