Yes MATLAB (R2021a) is compatible with python 3.7 and 3.8 and it execute the file well during calling to python file (by adding the file library to the MATLAB path). However, to return values from the Python script to use them in my MATLAB code is not working properly.

Yes, you can do it by manual classifier training option by selecting the classifier in the model type section on the classification learner tab. MATLAB provides an environment for model training as well as deployment.

Why not to stick to only MATLAB and perform your computation/simulation without any dependency or leverage from other computing tool (Python). MATLAB CAN DO ALMOST EVERY THING. ONE PLATFORM IS MUCH BETTER THAN INTERMXINGS.
