Since the recommended software "TFL-telo" is hard to find on the Internet, it is suggested that the “Telometer"---the plugin of ImageJ could also be useful to measure the length of telomerase. However, there is few information about how to use "Telometer". Have anyone has experienced it?
I've used "telometer." It's quite easy to use, so I could answer some questions based on the experiments I've done with it. The best resource, however, is their website https://demarzolab.pathology.jhmi.edu/telometer/
Also, I would suggest that you email Dr. Alan Meeker for a login (it takes a while to get the login generated) and he will also send you additional information on how to use it and on different quantification methods.
Yuqi Fu the program is up and running. Now you don't need any login and can simply download and install it in on your computer and work from anywhere. Just thought to share this news in case you are still waiting.
