There are several types of Sephadex and they can be used in several manners for different compounds. I want to use Sephadex column to isolate aminoglycoside. If anyone having idea, how to use Sephadex for isolation of aminoglycosides please let me know... Thanks!!
I found the answer of this question and would like share share with the teams. High polar aminoglycosides can be isolated from the Sephadex column by using H2O:NH4OH eluent. The compound having more molecular weight will isolate first. Thanks!!

Currently, we have shown in our more recent work submitted for consideration that the coefficient of correlation between the DSD parameters according to our model formulas and the chromatographic area of the peaks is r = 0.99999 [5]. The analyte concentration is ng.(mL)-1. (Please, see some results in our submitted graphical abstract; attachment herein.) The results in work [5] based on validation of the MS results and a correlative analysis with HPLC cromatographic data of steroids in mixture unambiguous show that even if there is unable to achieve a complete separation chromatographically, my mass spectrometry and our stochastic dynamic method there is obtained highly reliable, selective, sensitive and precise determination of the analytes using the superior characteristics of the mass spectrometric instrumentation.
