How to use jet fans and how to connect ducts to open vents in FDS? Can anyone please send some code snippets or tutorial?

I have two rooms. through HVAC vents the smokes are going to the other room. The flow is powered by the basic fan through the duct. I want to set a jet fan that will make the fire go out of the 2nd room via an open vent. I am unable to connect any duct to the open vent. Can anyone please help to set the jet fan and connect it to the open vent?

A FDS code can also help.
